I had read about Simone in a couple of articles in the West Australian and contacted her as we had a one bedroom investment unit in Subiaco that was in desperate need of a makeover. Simone organised everything from demolition and removal of the existing interior to decision making about the new interior finishes and purchasing all the appliances, floor coverings etc. This was fantastic for us as we both work at busy jobs and just didn’t have the time to try and do any planning, coordination or even really shopping! Simone kept us informed the whole way through with copies of quotes and colour swatches and suggestions for various items. The whole process was very smooth and the entire project was completed very quickly. We have now been able to relet the property at a much higher rent so the renovation was well worthwhile.
