This client only had a very tight budget of only $20k, but wanted both bathrooms upgraded with new vanities and all new tapware.

Plus she was after a total new laundry to replace what was there. New flooring for living areas and new sheer curtains for the rooms were also on her list.

The tight budget was not a problem for us!! – we gave her what she needed and she was away overseas for the whole thing!
